Asbestos Regulations For Real Estate

This page will be dedicated to real estate and property containing asbestos related materials and how best to present, disclose, negotiate, and finalize these properties in question. We plan on setting out regulations that will hopefully benefit all parties and take the guess work and fear out of dealing with these issues. 

The main goal is to open lines of communication between industry, science, health care, real estate, financiers, investors, banks, inspectors, home owners, laboratories, sampling technicians, and any others who may have vested interest in this concern. It is time to standardize this problem and do away with the gray areas that everyone concerned may have and incorporate a code of ethics that every industry is familiar with. Everyone has lots of information regarding this but not everyone is privy to it.
